The Official College of Psychologists of Madrid, recommends us to balance and control the use of video games using them with regulation to avoid creating an addictive routine and thus control the problems of vision and mental health.

One of the biggest problems of spending most of our time in front of screens, is that there are more likely to have vision problems, so our vision sensitivity can be altered, so they recommend us to visit our trusted doctor to keep track and reduce the chances of vision disorder.

A relation with this type of problems is that, if some member of your family has had these problems, so it is easier to have this type of problems.


According to doctors' opinions, they recommend us to stop playing if we feel the following symptoms when we are in front of the screens:

-Blurred vision

-Fatigue

-Disorientation

-Nausea

-Feeling of dryness


There are different methods and ways to be in front of screens for better control and balance:

-Good distance between eyes and screens to avoid straining the eyes.

-For every 60 minutes of work, rest for 20 minutes.

-It is recommended to have small screens and avoid large ones.

-Good posture without forcing to avoid back and cervical problems.
