A little unnoticed until now, Atomic Heart has just been propelled to the rank of games that will have to be watched over the coming months, since it released its new dedicated trailer for gamescom 2022. It must be said that the Mundfish studio has pulled out all the stops to get noticed, with this video of almost 4 minutes, edited with little onions to show us what it's all about. It must be said that this Atomic Heart has the knack of showing us next gen graphics that Nvidia does not hesitate to support with its RTX technology. Visually, it throws, but side gameplay, it is also very interesting, with a concept taken from BioShock where the main character is able to use powers with his left hand. No plasmids to administer, but abilities related to the fact that our avatar must be at least a human improved with robotics. The story itself will take place in a dystopian Soviet Union where a system failure has led the machines to rebel against the people. The player embodies Major P-3, a private agent hired to minimize the consequences of this "system failure" and prevent the leakage of classified information. If all goes well, Atomic Heart will release later this year on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, and Xbox One.
