- Hex: Undying (Blight Perk)
- Undying reveals the auras of all Survivors within a radius of up to four meters from a Dull Totem, for up to six seconds, depending on level. This toxic killer perk allows the indomitable creature to take control of the map and get ahead of its victims, utterly demolishing anyone who dares to attempt a cleanse.
- Hex: Devour Hope (The Hag Perk)
- Devour Hope gives the Killer a Token, each time a Survivor is unhooked within 24 yards of them. Gain a speed boost after hooking a survivor for 10 seconds to two tokens. Survivors are affected by the Exposed status effect, which is three tokens. After five tokens, players can become rigorously murderous and end their lives. Although, unlike Hex: Ruin, Devour Hope will require some time to actually hook survivors in order to accumulate tokens.
- Save the best for last (Shape Perk)
- The killers become obsessed with a survivor and decide to save their obsession for last. Players will earn a maximum of eight Tokens, each time they hit a Survivor other than their Obsession, with a Basic Attack. Each time players reach their obsession with a basic attack, the perk drops up to four tokens, depending on level.
- Pop Goes the Weasel (The Clown Perk)
- After hooking a Survivor, the next Generator broken by the Slayer instantly regresses up to 25 percent of its total progress, depending on Level Level.
