Cyberpunk 2077: we played it on PC at home, less grandiose than expected?
Since the release of the excellent The Witcher 3 and the first hands-off demos of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red has had an incredible aura that makes it one of the hottest video game studios of the moment. It must be said that the Polish developers have been able to earn their title of nobility thanks to their always very crazy ambitions. With Cyberpunk 2077, the latter wish to cross another level, that of the open world teeming with life and carried by an ambitious realism. Over the course of ever more impressive demos and gameplay videos, the game has therefore built a solid reputation, to the point of making us forget that we had not yet taken it in hand.

It's now been done since last week, since CD Projekt Red offered us to play the first 4 hours of the game, quiet at home, on PC. To do this, the studio has set up a secure set-up so that we can play it from a local stream. Despite a few technical hiccups, the afternoon spent on the title allowed us to better understand it, and above all to identify the qualities and faults of the game. It was Damien Greffet who had the chance to play it there a few days, and in this long 42-minute video, he explains to us what are the strengths but also the weaknesses of the game. Aware of the hype generated by the game, we invite you to listen carefully to what Damien tells us before spitting your venom relying solely on the teaser title.
