Contrary to what we might have thought at the start, the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase was provided with announcements, and among them, it was difficult not to mention Disney Illusion Island, a game developed by DLaLa Studios, the developers of Xbox Battletoads released in 2020. With the term "Illusion" in its title, we immediately thought of a sequel to Capcom's Magical Quest series from the 90s, but the game seems to be closer to a Rayman Legends. Platform game, playable up to 4 players in cooperation, Disney Illusion Island will indeed allow us to embody Mickey, Dinald, Minnie or Goofy, each with their own characteristics. In addition to classic platform sequences, we will also have to solve some puzzles, fight against bosses and find the slightest item hidden in the scenery. Like all games of its caliber, Disney Illusion Island will rely heavily on replayability. The release is expected for 2023, only on Switch. Well, for now...
