Ever since EVE Fanfest 2022 resumed in Iceland last April, CCP Games had been preparing its community for the arrival of the Uprising expansion, by far the most massive update since EVE Online's inception over 20 years ago. XNUMX years. After months and months of preparation, players can finally take the next step, with the presence of new Navy superdreadnoughts, one for each of the main empires. These ships will bring variety to the battlefields of New Eden, new options and a dramatic visual dimension. In addition to these superdreadnoughts, each empire will receive a brand new Navy destroyer with improved style and capability. That's not all of course, Uprising also brings balance changes to existing Navy ships, as well as heavy assault cruisers and more. The new Faction Warfare Fronts feature is also available, bringing pilots closer to the frontiers of their opponents and offering new challenges with rewards. There is also a new corporation introduced with Uprising: it is Paragon, which adds no less than eleven stations distributed in high and low security spaces.
Technically, Uprising also contains improvements, such as the sound quality of the turrets which has been improved and adds new soundtracks for the sites of the faction war. Visually too, the game benefits from finer graphics and a better framerate, thanks to AMD FidelityFXTM Super Resolution 1.0 technology. Uprising also brings a bunch of quality of life improvements, all inspired directly by feedback from the EVE community. We know, for example, that alliances now have their own version of corporate assemblies, that they can also make their fleet doctrines accessible to all members of the alliance to facilitate access to them for the preparation of conflicts. In addition, the number of personal ship equipment has been doubled (from 250 to 500) and the corporate and alliance assemblies have increased from 300 to 600. Alright, enough worldliness, time for the launch trailer.
