Football Manager 2023: the PS5 version postponed later, the game has not been approved

It was to be released on November 8, like all the others, but the PS5 version of Football Manager 2023 will not see the light of day in a few weeks. SEGA has indeed confirmed via a press release that this version encountered unexpected complications during the certification process with the manufacturer. The consequence is immediate: postponement of the game until further notice, to the point of prompting the director of the Sports Interactive studio, Miles Jacobson, to make an official statement: “We are deeply sorry for this problem, which we have tried to resolve tirelessly with our partners for several weeks. The decision to postpone the game was particularly difficult, since many talented people at SI worked hard for many long months to bring it to life. We will do everything in our power to allow PS5 owners to enjoy the richness of our title as soon as possible.

PS5 owners will have to take their troubles patiently, unless it turns to another version, Football Manager 2023 also being planned for PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Do we ever know...
