Nexomon: Extinction will be available on consoles and PC later this year. After learning a bit about Nexomon starters a short time ago, we now take a look at some of the Nexomon Extinction locations and a handful of rare Nexomon starters.
New Ignitia
The first is New Ignitia, the region of fires. It's a city built deep inside a volcano, but rather than New Ignitia being insecure and isolated because of it, it's actually vulnerable to attacks from the Tyrant Nexomon.
On the bright side, you can upgrade your ax there, which is good for mining elemental shards. And you might find the little critter shown on the right, Nekpanchi the Fire Nexomon. It's a Mega Rare Nexomon that eventually evolves into Felclaw.
Solus
Solus is a desert region in Nexomon Extinction, full of Mineral Nexomon, mines to explore, and bandits to avoid getting caught. Other must-sees include massive fossils of ancient Nexomon and Lateria, a desert fortress you'll make your way to on your journey.
Along the way, you may encounter Rust, an uncommon Nexomon. This one uses its steel head to attack enemies and will eventually evolve into Rustung.
frozen tundra
Finally, the frozen tundra, and not surprisingly, this is an icy region. It's also a very dangerous area, one the guild won't let tamers into unless they're experienced enough. There are a lot of Water Nexomon able to turn their opponents into ice, and a place called the Cursed Tower which is somehow able to draw Nexomon wilder than usual.
A standout Nexomon for the Frozen Tundra region is Cruff. He is also a water Nexomon and begins to look like a budding pirate gator called Cruff before evolving into his final form, definitely a pirate called Domigator.
