Dragon Ball Legends makes full use of the entire universe of characters from the Dragon Ball series. The mobile game, available to download from your respective app stores, breaks down these characters into a tiered roster, ranging from Z-tier to F-tier.
Level Z
Z-level characters pair well with many team combinations and are equipped with the highest base stats in the game, giving them advantages at all times during a match. Level up for a reason, these rare fighters are by far the best in the game.
