After months of leaks in all directions, MultiVersus is revealed today through official channels, it's rare enough to be underlined. The brawler from Warner Bros. Games is indeed getting a full CGI trailer, just to present some of the characters who have been selected to make this fighting game which will bring together the biggest names in licenses from the house of Warner. We already knew it, but pell-mell, we will find Batman alongside Sammy / Shaggy (Scooby-Doo), Bugs Bunny (Looney Tunes), Arya Stark (Game of Thrones), Superman, Tom & Jerry, Harley Quinn, Taz (Looney Tunes), The Iron Giant and Vera (Scooby-Doo). Thanks to the leaks, we also know that WonderWoman, Gandalf, Johnny Bravo, Rick & Morty, Fred Flintstones and Mad Max will also be in the game. Obviously, what Internet users will remember above all is the transformation of Shaggy (Sammy into VF) in Super Saiyajin, which makes it possible to concretize a fantasy, or at least a meme which therefore becomes reality. It has indeed been a few years (since 2019) that one of the characters of the Scooby-Doo series took his revenge on life, becoming a character as powerful as Goku Ultra Instinct in the imagination of players.
Otherwise, Warner lets us know that it is possible to register now for the private Alpha which will take place from May 19 to 27, knowing that places are limited. The private Alpha will also allow you to have fun with no less than 15 characters, including Taz and Vera, that 7 courses are available such as the Batcave (DC), the Tree-House (Adventure Time) and Scooby's Haunted Mansion -Doo. It will also be possible to test the 2v2 team cooperative mode, the 1v1 matches, the 4-player free-for-all mode and the Lab which is none other than the Training mode. The release date of MultiVersus is still vague, we just know that it will arrive in 2022, but without further details. It is planned for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
