PGA Tour 2K23: here is the complete list of licensed courses, there are twenty

Now that 2K Games has formalized the presence of Tiger Woods on the jacket and guarantees a certain notoriety to the game, the publisher can focus on the content of its new golf game. Today, it is the courses under official license that are at the heart of the subject, with the list of the 20 tracks that we will be able to have fun doing in the game. In fact, 17 courses were present in the previous PGA TOUR 2K21 and only three enrich the roster, if you can call it that. These include the south course shot of Wilmington Country Club, The Renaissance Club and St. George's Golf & Country Club, all of which have been carefully reproduced by the developers. 2K Games let us know that the developers at HB Studios used a combination of aerial footage filmed by drones, lidar data, high-resolution photography and other assets provided by the management of each course to ensure that they are all faithful to reality. Buildings, signage, hazards, fairways, greens and even climates have been reproduced identically. Of course, these 20 courses are those that will be offered at launch, but the developers plan to add more later, through free and paid updates. We already know that Pebble Beach Golf Club, Spyglass Hill and Torrey Pines North and South Courses, not to mention that new courses, personalized created with the PGA TOUR 2K23 Course Designer will be offered later.

PGA TOUR 2K23 Deluxe Edition and PGA TOUR 2K23 Tiger Woods Edition release date set for October 11, followed by PGA TOUR 2K23 Standard Edition releasing October 14 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and Steam.
