The name of this publisher may not mean anything to you, but he was talked about during the Tokyo Game Show 2021. Why? Simply because in a 110-minute video reviewing the house games, Suzuki-san was given the honors for no apparent reason. Indeed, at the time - and this is still the case today - no collaboration between the Ys Net studio and XNUMX Industries had been announced.
On Instagram, the publisher recently posted a visual dedicated to Wanted: Dead, an action game developed by Soleil (composed of former Team Ninja who worked on Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden) and expected for the current of this year on current platforms. A Shenmue fan therefore took the opportunity to ask if a rapprochement with Yû Suzuki was on the agenda. A 110 Industries employee replied, "Why do you think he appeared in our TGS video?" It was enough to put the fans in turmoil.
Obviously, we will have to wait before knowing if this is a joke or a serious initiative, but within the community, many of them are already imagining a Shenmue 4 on PS5 and Xbox Series.
