A fairly popular series in Japan, Shin Megami Tensei has never really known international fervor. But that was before, since the 5th episode has just broken a record, that of having exceeded one million copies sold since its release on November 11, 2021. A great performance that the publisher Atlus did not hesitate to shares on its social networks with an exclusive illustration created by Masayuki Doi, the character designer, who happily thanks the players for the support. Can we see the beginning of a success story in the West, much like Monster Hunter and Persona were after years of indifference in countries outside Japan. We cross our fingers for them.
