New evidence that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will be fine in Spider-Man No Way Home. Here is the leak of a scene from the shooting where we manage to read Andrew Garfield's lips:
“So you have like web blood ?”

Several months after this misdeed, Sony Pictures is still trying to find the author of this leak and it seems that the noose is tightening. Invited on a video of the YouTube channel "Sam and Niko" (5.56 million subscribers) to talk about the SFX of Spider-Man No Way Home, Kelly Port (SFX Supervisor at Digital Domain who works closely with Marvel Studios) gave some details on the potential source of this leak. For him, it is impossible that it is someone who worked on the special effects of the film, but rather an external supplier. Indeed, the risk of leaking such a sequence is far too risky for his team, which is used to working on “top secret” projects from Marvel. He and his team worked on special effects for Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame without any leaks of this magnitude.
This kind of film involves thousands of people. Our visual effects team was by far the largest, but usually the leaks don't come from the visual effects team. We risk a lot and what prevents people from leaking is the risk of losing their job, like forever. In this case, I think an external supplier is responsible.
When Marvel or Sony sends footage to a visual effects studio to start work on, we call that a turnover. And then when they get that, it's usually sent as a footage, and your name is watermarked all over the video, it's sort of preventative medicine.
Obviously, for many, this leak, like the others (thank you Jamie Foxx) helped to raise the hype around the film, whose incredible success is obviously based on the presence of the three Spider-Men. With 1.9 billion dollars at the worldwide box office and more than 7 million admissions in Spain, Spider-Man No Way Home is by far the biggest success of recent years. It is therefore not prohibited that certain leaks may have been orchestrated to measure the impact on viewers. The next Marvel Studios movie trying to hide its content is none other than Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, since it too would feature many surprise guests...
