Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order 2: the final name of the game would have leaked
Until now named Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2, the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order would actually be called Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. This is indeed what Jeff Grubb, the journalist of VentureBeat, said without batting an eyelid on his show Grubbsnax. We will have to wait for Electronic Arts to officially present the second episode to find out if the insider was right or not.

In the meantime, we recall that it was also Jeff Grubb who indicated that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 could only be released on new machines. “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 is going to be an exclusively next-gen game, meaning it will only be released on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS5, and of course PC. reasons justifying this decision is that the game should not be released before 2023. It is even a certainty”, he explained last month.

We also remember that this sequel is not the only Star Wars project in development. Indeed, Respawn Entertainment is at work on an FPS (with the collaboration of Peter Hirschmann, who is at the origin of the Medal of Honor series) and a strategy game, while Amy Hennig (the screenwriter of the three first Uncharted) is working on an adventure game with the Skydance New Media studio. Finally, Quantic Dream is at the controls of Star Wars Eclipse, without forgetting the project entrusted to Massive Entertainment (Ubisoft).

Update : in a new tweet, Jeff Grubb specifies that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released in February or March 2023.

Jedi Survivor is February or March.
