Many players lit a candle so that tonight's Xbox conference finally presented us with Starfield gameplay, and it was Todd Howard himself who came as Messiah to present a game that crystallizes the union between Microsoft and Bethesda Softworks. The presentation was even generous since it was 15 minutes of gameplay and explanations that we were able to see, revealing both the universe that awaits us, the fights in subjective view, the exploration with the camera in the back of the character, some dialogues with NPCs and of course everything that awaits us in space, including clash among the stars. Obviously, it's hard not to think of Starfield, No Man's Sky, or the included Beyon Good & Evil 2, of which we have no further news...
There's no denying it, Starfield is an ambitious game, and it's even more so when Todd Howard explains that it will be possible to travel to any planet. Moreover, to explore space, it will be possible to fully customize your ship, just like your avatar, which can take on the look and build that you have given it. Visually square, although a little austere in its FPS phases in confined spaces, the game also seemed to have some frame-rate problems. But obviously the game is far from over and the Bethesda teams are working hard to get the game ready for 2023, the new release date, since November 11, 2022 has been forgotten.
