Generally, when an almost unstoppable leak spreads on the Web like wildfire, two solutions present themselves to the publisher: either deny the obvious, or confirm by using humor. Obviously, Capcom opted for the second option compared to the leak concerning the Street Fighter 6 roster. Remember that according to some insiders, the cast should be made up of 22 characters, including the 8 emblematic fighters of Street Fighter II (Ryu, Chun -Li, Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, Blanka, Honda and Guile).
