The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me, the final episode of Season 1 of Supermassive Games' anthology series, resurfaces through an all-new trailer freshly uploaded by Bandai Namco Entertainment. A two-minute sequence that reminds us that, at the invitation of a certain Granthem Du'Met, the Lonnit Entertainment television team (one of whose members is played by actress Jessie Buckley) agrees to visit a faithful reconstruction of the castle of serial killer HH Holmes. Unfortunately for them, they will realize that the place is nothing other than a huge death trap created by their crazy host. An atmosphere that is reminiscent of Saw and the multiple tortures inflicted on the victims.
As is now a habit with Supermassive Games, players will have to make choices to save themselves, and above all, to bear the consequences, even if it costs the life of one of their companions. Expected for next fall on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and PC, The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me is now available for pre-order. Moreover, an Animatronic Collector's Edition is on sale on the publisher's official store. It contains an animatronic bust (11 cm), an exclusive postcard and its envelope, a business card from Lonnit Entertainment, and a map of the island where the hotel is located; all for €79,99.
Finally, we are warned that there is also a way to pre-order a new Curator diorama and a vinyl of the game's soundtrack. Good to know.
