Things are moving quite a bit on the CD Project Red side, which is regaining its colors after two years of tearing down the walls following the chaotic launch of Cyberpunk 2077. Not only is the game making a magnificent comeback in the hearts of players, but the game is also benefiting a great enthusiasm since the release of the animated series on Netflix that everyone agrees that it's a very good job. We also remember that the Polish studio had communicated on the postponement of the next gen versions, PS5 and Xbox Series, of The Witcher 3 to a later and unknown date. It was last April and since then, nothing, no speech from the studio. But the good surprise just fell a few minutes ago with a press release, announcing the arrival of these improved versions for December 14, 2022 on PS, Xbox Series and PC. Dozens of visual, performance, and technical improvements over the original are planned, such as the introduction of Ray Tracing, better loading times on consoles, as well as a variety of mods made available.
History that the experience is as complete as possible, this next gen' version of The Witcher 3 will have all the DLC released until now, but also the two major expansions that are "Hearts of Stone" & "Blood and Wine" . Note that the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions will also benefit from an update, with many additions and improvements, as well as additional content on the Netflix Witcher theme. No video yet, we'll have to wait until next week for a special livestream that will show us all of these improvements. Appointment is made.
