It is today that players will be able to get their hands on the long-awaited Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, the game born from the association between the French DotEmu and the Canadians Tribute Games. Together, they gave birth to the worthy heir to TMNT Turtles in Time, Konami's famous beat'em all released in 1991 on the Super Nintendo, and recognized as the best Ninja Turtles game of all time. Beyond a simple tribute, this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is a thinly disguised remake of Konami's game, as the similarities are striking. From the graphics to the gameplay, through the menus, the skin and even the staging, everything is done so that we remember this legendary title that rocked our childhood. Of course, it's hard not to tell you about the launch trailer, which exudes energy and nostalgia, with a particularly dynamic editing and an explosive song in the background. To find out what we think of it (spoiler: we loved it, with a few caveats however), do not hesitate to consult our complete test.
