After months of vagueness as to the release date around Trek to Yomi, Devolver Digital returns with good news today, since the new Flying Wild Hog game will arrive on May 5th on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, PS4 and Xbox One, knowing that it will also be available on the Xbox Game Pass. The wait won't be that long, especially since this good news is accompanied by a big 15-minute gameplay video. The latter allows us to show us its universe, its characters, but also its gameplay mechanics, which has similarities with Sifu and Ghost of Tsushima. In terms of comparison, there are worse and it is even rather flattering. Otherwise, we recall that Flying Wild Hog (the developers of Shadow Warrior 3 eh) have teamed up with director Leonard Menchiari, a big fan of samurai films, in order to establish a real artistic touch. If you have already been told a lot of good things about the game during our hands-on 3 weeks ago, know that this new gameplay video also shows us that the game will not skimp on raw violence, in coherence with this time of feudal Japan where everything was settled with the katana.
