Valorant Episode 4 Act 1 is set to arrive on January 12, 2022, and fans can expect a new skin pack to arrive once the update goes live. The new 781-A protocol, as described by the developers, is an arsenal specifically created to "provide combat assistance, monitor performance, and enforce every command."
Priced at 9 VP, the Protocol 900-A skin pack features a high-tech robotic design with a dark, dystopian theme that has a killer robot animation. All weapons in the pack come with unique voice line features that can be unlocked after upgrading.

The official skin pack video definitely gives Star-Wars-Sith-Order vibes with a superior arms race. Protocol 781-A will be ranked in the EU tier and will include the following in-game cosmetics once released on January 12, 2022:

- Protocol 781-A Ghost
- Protocol 781-A Spectrum
- Protocol 781-A Bulldog
- Protocol 781-A Sheriff
- Protocol 781-A Gun Buddy

The melee weapon will have three unlockable tiers with three different color variants that players can acquire with Radianite Points. While guns will have five unique animation levels to unlock, as well as three color variants.

- Tier 1 – Unlock a new melee weapon model
- Tier 2 – Unlock two alternate inspection animations that change based on knife position
- Level 3 – Unlock a custom male voice that includes approximately 60 voice lines. The voiceover is associated with the in-game interface to make it an interaction between the knife and its support
- Variant 1 – White/pink color variant with a female voiceover
- Variant 2 – Red/Blue color variant with a male voiceover

- Level 1 – Unlock a new weapon model with a custom ADS reticle and unique bullets
- Level 2 – Unlock a custom muzzle flash with visual effects and trigger sound
- Level 3 – Unlock custom animations where the weapon transforms once the player equips, reloads and inspects it
- Tier 4 – Unlock a finisher animation with a kill banner
- Level 5 – Unlock a custom male voice that includes around 60 vocal lines. This animation allows players to interact with the weapon while inspecting.
- Variant 1 – White/pink color variant with a female voiceover
- Variant 2 – Red/Blue color variant with a male voiceover
- Variant 3 – Green color variant with a female voiceover
