Golden Kidneys are a useful item in Dragon Quest XI, but they don't get much attention in the game. There's no need for them to complete races or do anything, and the prize is huge of 10 gold coins.
You can find the vendor to the right of the stall where the player starts shopping. The Golden Reins vendor is only accessible in the Switch version of the game.
Golden Reins can be used to help the player sprint an unlimited distance. Thus, this item saves a lot of time for players.

Remember that if your goal is to get the rewards for completing the race faster than the champions challenge time, you cannot do that with the Golden Reins. The game will no longer record your best time.
It is not necessary to beat the champion's challenge time to complete the game, so if you are not looking to complete this game 100%, we recommend purchasing the Gold Reins. As gold becomes easier to earn with Act 3, losing 10 gold will no longer be a problem.
