Phaethon's Syrtos World Quest ends with a cutscene where the spirits of Byakuyakoku's Seven Sun Children are flying in different directions. Talking to all of the children of the sun in any order will earn you the wonder of the world achievement called The Children of God Will Dance.
Their exact locations are shown in the image below, along with a breakdown of where to find them each. Before embarking on your journey to meet the Seven Children of the Sun, make sure your daylight setting is set to Evernight.

Risutaiosu

Risutaiosu is located near Surepio, but you might find it easier to locate it by flying towards the cliff and sliding down. Keep in mind that it's on the second floor of the ruin above, so just climb up from the outer pillar if you mistakenly enter the lower floor. Don't forget to interact with Risutaiosu.
Isumenasu

As you glide over to Isumenasu's location, you'll find that he's trapped behind a barrier. To solve the puzzle, approach the Mooncrux behind the pillar. You will receive the blessing of the Evernight, which is a blue aura that surrounds you. After, climb the wall to the left of the Mooncrux and activate the day-night switch mechanism to switch to Whitenight.

This will allow you to cross the barrier. Once inside, approach the rubble to transfer the essence of the Mooncrux, and a triangular mechanism will appear. Attack it once for the stone wall to open, revealing a hidden room with an exquisite chest.
Once done, go back to the day-night switch mechanism outside and change the daylight setting back to Evernight. You will be able to enter the room again and talk to Isumenasu.
Rikoru

Rikoru is located on the Broken Glade slightly to the left and above Isumenasu. To reach this area, start from the top of the cliff and slide down. Don't go down too far, because Rikoru isn't that far from ruin. Once you spot him, be sure to talk to him.
Piramumon

The location of Piramumon is shown above. Entrance to her area doesn't require you to glide through the depths of Enkanomiya, so she should be easy to spot. Be sure to talk to him to complete this part of the objective.
Orupeusu and Ion

From the Piramumon location, head left and you'll spot Orupeusu and Ion below, separated by a stone wall. Don't forget to talk with each of them to complete the objective.
