Wo Long Fallen Dynasty: 4K gameplay unveiled at Tokyo Game Show Xbox conference

Firmly determined to seduce Japanese players, Microsoft invited Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja to its conference organized as part of the Tokyo Game Show 2022 to tell us about Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Lasting four minutes and in 4K, the video highlights some gameplay phases never seen before, while Fumihiko Yasuda (the director of the Nioh series) and Masaaki Yamagiwa (the producer of Bloodborne and Déraciné ) slip some already known information (the presence of a morale system, the possibility of creating your own character, a demanding gameplay among others).

As announced last month, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be present on the showfloor of the Japanese show, including a playable version allowing you to try out five different fighting styles, which is reminiscent of Nioh from which the game will borrow a number of mechanics. For the record, the release of the title is set for 2023 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC.
