Everything has been done precisely so that the gameplay adapts to this open world, with the possibility of climbing cliffs, climbing sandy slopes, sliding along giant cables or even sailing on the waves. Like any self-respecting open world, the player will be able to play the game at his own pace and progress as he wishes, alternating between exploration, combat, trade and rest in the colonies where it is possible to forge links with other characters. . Since each fighter is linked to a specific class, you must also learn to master their evolving capacities. The swordsman class is a balanced offensive class, but there are many others specialized in healing, protection or devastating strikes for example. It will also be necessary to rely on the skills of each to better win his fights, knowing that some arts allow to unbalance the enemy, others to inflict more damage according to his position, and of course it is possible to heal his teammates. And icing on the cake, you can also combine several arts and trigger explosive animated sequences.
Finally, to finish, know that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will offer an expansion pass, guaranteeing 4 waves of additional content, until the end of 2023.
