It's a lèse-majesté crime for some, it's a godsend for others: Death Stranding is coming to Microsoft's PC Game Pass in a few days. The announcement has been official for a few minutes, while the Redmond firm had increased the pressure with a tweet that was evocative to say the least and which did not fail to rekindle the console war on social networks. Because yes, on paper, Death Stranding is a license that belongs to Sony Interactive Entertainment, but its PC version escaped its hands, which is why the publisher 505 Games was appointed as publisher. It is also through this that Microsoft was able to get its hands on the title and thus offer it from August 23 on the PC version of its Game Pass. This means that Xbox Game Pass subscribers do not have access to the game, which is also devoid of its Director's Cut edition. Nothing to do with the partnership between Microsoft and Hideo Kojima who will work together on a new game, but in this war of exclusivity, even temporary, the slightest flaw can be a lever for some.
