Fire Emblem Engage: the story of the game told in video, the characters presented too

Nintendo continues the promotional campaign for Fire Emblem Engage by unveiling a brand new video that tells the story of the game while introducing the different protagonists. For those who are not aware, we remind you that this episode takes place on the continent of Elyos which is made up of four kingdoms. A thousand years ago, they had to work together to defeat the Fallen Dragon, Sombron. Thanks to the Emblems, heroes from elsewhere, they managed to overcome this terrible threat which, unfortunately, is about to be reborn.

The player will begin the adventure in the skin of Altear, a human-looking dragon who has visibly lost his memory. To prevent Sombron from causing chaos once again, he and his allies will have to collect twelve rings to summon the Emblems, including Marth, Celica and other figures from the series. They will then be able to improve their skills, and even merge with legendary heroes to perform unique attacks. We'll let you watch all of this quietly, remembering that Fire Emblem Engage is expected for January 20, 2023 on Nintendo Switch.
