It's not easy being Forspoken's product manager. Since its announcement, the Square Enix game has had a string of disappointments. Between a universe that does not really seem to appeal to fans of the genre, the choice of actress Ella Balinska who is not unanimous, inglorious previews, a postponed release date, we cannot say that working on a such a game is super fulfilling. And as if that weren't enough, the internet is starting to mock the game on a massive scale. The cause ? The posting of a new trailer, or rather a TV spot in which we hear the heroine of the game speak in the form of a voiceover. If the text is decried by some, it is above all the intonation that undermines the sequence, which has prompted Internet users to produce numerous parodies. At this point, the advertisement has 2.9 million views on Twitter.

Watching, and especially listening to the words of Frey Holland, it is indeed difficult not to be embarrassed by these replies whose intonation is not credible for a penny. Diversions have been raining for a few days and everyone is doing their little parody. Every game references Forspoken, from Metal Gear Solid to Bloodborne, Animal Crossing, Metroid, and even Kingdom Hearts. We let you enjoy these fun diversions.
