Japan Expo 2022: the show back in physical form, but with staggered dates

While we learned yesterday of the great return of Paris Games Week in physics at Porte de Versailles, another major video game and pop-culture fair will also make a comeback this year after 2 years of scarcity. This show is that of Japan Expo, which will return to its colors this summer at the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte, its headquarters for nearly 15 years. After two years of absence and successive cancellations due to the COVID pandemic, the annual meeting of all lovers of Japanese culture and geeks will be able to meet again from July 14 to 17, 2022. Dates shifted compared to the previous years since the show has always taken place in the first days of July. This is obviously a risk for the organizers who may be expecting less attendance due to the July holidays. However, with nearly 250 people in 000, Japan Expo is leaving calmly and hopes that the public will respond, especially since the ticket office has already opened its doors for a few months for an edition under the sign of the phoenix, symbol of the rebirth. .
