If we all remembered from the Inside Xbox of May 7, 2020 the non-gameplay of the Assassin's Creed Valhalla gameplay trailer, we should not forget that other titles were able to stand out during this event dedicated to Xbox Series X. We naturally think of Second Extinction, a cooperative FPS that gives the impression that Turok and Left 4 Dead have given birth to a child together. Developed by only 35 characters within Systemic Reaction, the studio behind Generation Zero (yes, that's not very reassuring...), Second Extinction will allow 3 players to team up to go and destroy the dinosaur in all its forms and all of its races, knowing that some of them seem to have developed extraordinary abilities. Contrary to the real facts, these giant reptiles did not succumb to the fall of a meteorite and eradicate Humanity from planet Earth. A classic scenario, and an excuse to give us the go-ahead to kill and tear apart these ferocious dinosaurs using the biggest blasters in our world.
Be aware that Second Extinction can already be accessed through a closed beta, whose registrations have been open for a few hours. If you are ever interested and want to be one of the lucky ones, just go to the game's official website and sign up for the War Support program. Planned on PC, Xbox Series X and Xbox One, Second Extinction still does not have a release date yet. We wait wisely and rewatch the trailer which rocks.
