    Gran Turismo 7: a new update, 1.18, here are the fixes and what's new
    Since its release last March, Gran Turismo 7 has not ceased to play with the feelings of players, oscillating between generous updates and outrageous updates. Kazunori Yamauchi is clearly trying things with his community, at the risk of losing a few in the process. While the recent 1.17 update brought back 3 new racing cars (Suzuki V6 Escudo Pikes Peak Special '98, Suzuki Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.3 Version) and 1932 Ford Roadster) as well as the Watkins Glen International circuit, there are Barely 2 weeks, we learn that the game has received new patches. This rather unexpected update was deployed on Wednesday, July 6 after a big morning of maintenance. Here is what has been fixed: 

    Improvements and adjustments

    1. Car Parameters
    - Fixed an issue where after changing to a specific gear ratio, the adjustable range and set value of the gear ratio would change every time the settings were opened.



    2. Music playback
    - Fixed an issue where the game would crash if the Honda Sports VGT was the camera target in Music Replay.

    3. Automatic GT
    - Fixed an issue where the color of the brake calipers could not be changed if body paint was applied to a car equipped with the following tuning parts in [Livery Editor]:
    ・ Race brake kit (split discs)
    ・ Racing brake kit (drilled discs)
    ・ Carbon-ceramic brake kit

    - Fixed an issue where the color of brake calipers changed when body paint was applied to the following cars in [Livery Editor]:
    ・Alpine Vision Gran Turismo
    ・Aston Martin DP-100 Vision Gran Turismo
    ・Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo
    ・Mini Clubman Vision Gran Turismo
    ・Porsche 917 LIVING LEGEND
    ・Dodge SRT Tomahawk S Vision Gran Turismo



    4. Save data
    - Fixed an issue where save data would not load correctly from the server if playing on a console without "Gran Turismo 7" save data stored on it, or if multiple consoles were used.


    5. Steering controllers
    - Fixed an issue where the steering angle did not reflect player inputs on some cars when using the Logitech G923.

    6. Coffee
    - Fixed an issue where it was possible to receive multiple tickets repeatedly from the additional menus.

    7. Circuit Experience
    - Fixed an issue where the label above a car would not display correctly in a Circuit Experience replay.


    8. Race
    - Fixed an issue where the race would start with the replay camera when starting an offline race after spectating in a lobby.

    9. Others
    - Various other issues have been fixed.
