Fortnite Icon Series is adding another star to its existing lineup of awesome personalities and this time it's Kyle "Bugha" Giersdorf. There are many Fortnite esports players out there, but Bugha's legacy is unparalleled for anyone.
The solo Fortnite World Cup winner receiving his Icon Series cosmetic makes him the first Fortnite esports player to have it. Additionally, her pack will include the Bugha outfit, her Fortnite World Cup Zoey Trophy Back Bling-based backpack, the Bugha Blades Dual Pickaxe, and Bugha's signature "Bring It Around" dance emote. Bugha's Icon Series set will come to the Fortnite Item Shop on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 20 PM ET.
Additionally, he will be hosting a special Trios tournament named Bugha's Late Game Tournament in Fortnite. The tournament will take place on July 28 in two rounds. Each round will take approximately two hours with ten matches each.
It's not easy to participate in World Cup matches. Therefore, as the name suggests, the Bugha Tournament will test the limits as it puts players in the same gear as the storm draws near. The tournament will force players into stressful positions and snatch victory out of the hands of other players.
Players will need to reach at least 1500 Hype in Bugha's Late Game Arena from July 20-28 to be eligible to participate in the tournament. Tournament winners will get a scoop on cash prizes up to $100, which will then be split among all winners in the region.
