Our Fortnite 1v1 codes list features the best and most popular ways to practice against other players in a structured setting! If you're looking to really up your solo game, playing over and over against a single player is a great way to increase your muscle memory.
1v1 maps are one of the best ways to practice for real in-game scenarios. While it's not always an exact replica of what you'll experience, you can really focus on certain aspects of your game that are missing in this mode. While editing and aiming courses are good for warming up, nothing gets you better faster than playing against other players over and over again. How to read a personalized card
Once you load the game you will have three options on what you want to play (Save the World, Battle Royale and Creative). Click on the creative option, then PLAY and CREATE (don't start a server if you want to play solo).
Once loaded, you will see an Orange Rift that will take you to islands where you can create custom maps. We don't want that right now, so look for featured portals. Fortnite now puts you in a custom portal area, so you might have to look around a bit. Find the portals with the console in front of them and interact with them.
From here you can either select one of the codes you've bookmarked or paste a code you have at the end of the URL. Click "Accept" and it will load the island of your choice. You can then run into the rift and it will transport you there!
Most maps require you to open your menu and click "Start Game" before it officially begins. You will also usually see a launch pad and a timer. Run into the launch pad to start the clock to time your run.
Queue Course
If you don't want the hassle of copying and pasting to add a card, you can queue them by going to the direct link in your web browser. If you're logged into your Epic account, it will add the card to your queue which you can access in the same area you pasted the code. You will find links to these pages on all the courses offered below.

Best Fortnite 1v1 Courses and Codes
Here's a list of our favorite 1v1 courses we've found so far. We will continue to add and remove courses as they are created and refined.
Geerzy's Realistic 1v1 Simulator Map (Chapter 2: Season 2)
If you really want to practice 1v1 battles, this creates scenarios for you that you will probably experience very often. You get a random loadout based on something you'd probably get in the middle of a standard game. You'll also start in an area that's very similar to a location you can find on the map currently, between Misty Meadows and Lazy Lake. You also spawn in a random area, so you won't be on the same level as your opponent, which will also force you to make the most of where you encounter the enemy! If you're really trying to focus on 1v1 battles for real game scenarios, this is one of the best maps to do so!
Scalit 1v1 map
Now, it's not super realistic, but it has a bunch of features that you probably won't find anywhere else. This 1v1 map offers the possibility to have a double pump, to change the color of your skin and even to make your character invisible. Some of them are obviously just fun features, but there are practical features as well.
In addition to the first three I mentioned, you can choose from a bunch of weapons and choose the type of item to cycle through the options and choose your loadout! If you and your opponent have built all over the place, you can press a button that will destroy everything automatically. If you don't like the card background for some reason, there's even a way to customize it to your liking. So, like I said, this one has a lot of features, so it's great for fun and practice!
Percy's 1v1 map
So this map is similar to Scalit's code but it has different functionality. There are preset buttons that will let you cycle through different loadouts, there's a scoreboard, the map automatically resets once a player is eliminated, the build height is super high, and you can set your game for players with unlimited settings. If you didn't like something about Scalit's map, you should give this one a try because it might give you what you were looking for.
MaxleonoYT The Gulag Map
If you've heard of or played a Call of Duty Battle Royale called Warzone, you've no doubt heard of the Gulag. It is an area a player will go to if they are eliminated in the round and can re-enter the game by going 1v1 against an opponent. Maleono brought this concept to Fortnite in a pretty impressive creative map where you can do something similar in-game. An additional feature of this map is that friends or other players can throw cans at you or your opponent from the key! It's obviously not as convenient as some other maps, but it's a fun change of pace if you're looking to try something different.
Amin_Sav's cleanest 1v1 map
If you want something with a super clean look and an ultra futuristic vibe, this board is a great option! It's highly styled with mirror finishes on just about everything and features super clean lines around the arena. In the center are two fixed ramps where you will start your fight. Below this area you can choose your weapons and then grab a bouncer in the middle to start your battle. There's also an easy-to-access button to destroy all versions so you can get back to them quickly. This is a very simple, no-frills card that is super clean and elegant.
