Fortnite Season 1 introduces a new feature known as the Loot Tent. Players on a team can heal in the loot tent, and players can store weapons and ammo there.
Tent Pickups are required in player inventory before they can pitch a loot tent. Choose your tent (X on PS4) from your fair inventory (Square on PS4). After setting up the tent, players can safely throw the items inside for their teammates to loot or store their items.

Three slots will be available in each tent for players to store items to collect in future matches. All players will have immediate access to two locations, but players can rent the third location using gold bars.

The Loot Tent cannot store all in-game items in all game modes. Players cannot store items labeled as "Unstashable" in the tent, and players can throw the item to release loot. inventory space. Hidden items in the tent can be used in other matches played by a player and can be locked so that other players cannot steal the items.
Players can upgrade loot tents with a campfire, picnic table, and an upgrade station that provides more utilities. Tents can be used in Duo, Trio, and Squad game modes. However, if a hidden item is deemed invalid for a specific game mode, players cannot loot the item but can replace it with another item that they can use in that mode.
