With any big game that requires players to be fully connected online, like Fortnite, there can be a lot going wrong. Several error codes may appear, and each means something different. We will see what each code means and how to fix the problem without contacting a support service.
Fortnite Connectivity Error Codes
errors.com.epicgames.common.server_error
This is a general connection issue that may be related to the player's internet connection or a server issue.
Error 91
This error comes from disconnecting or not being able to join a group. If it is a disconnection issue, players will need to verify the game files in the launcher settings. Alternatively, players can change their party status to private to join a party.
AS-3
No connection at all. Treat this exactly the same as the first error.
IS-0005
This error is caused by the inability to connect to the Epic Games launcher. In this situation, players should check the Epic Games server status. Alternatively, it could be a problem with a VPN, proxy servers or firewalls. Make sure all of these are disabled when playing.
LS-0005
This error is caused by a problem with the server and a fix. More than likely, this means the Epic Games server is down or the player's internet is too slow or disconnected.
LS-0015
This error is usually caused by a problem with the player's internet. The player must first check if the console or PC is connected to the Internet. Then check the internet service status to make sure the service is not down. Finally, test the internet speed. If the speed is slow or interrupted, try using a wired connection to the console or PC.

Fortnite Launcher Errors and Error Codes

If the player launch screen never loads, that means the web cache is full. Players can clear the cache of C:UserPC-NameAppDataLocalEpicGamesLauncherSaved.
Error 0
Instead of launching Fortnite, this error will ask the player to restart the client. Players receiving this error will need to verify the game files in the launcher settings or run a command prompt as administrator. The command prompt is “sfc/scannow”.
Error 500
Error 500 occurs when the game fails to launch. This is one of the sad bugs that cannot be fixed from the player side. Just report the issue to make sure Epic Games can fix it on their end.
Error 30005
This error prevents players from launching the game due to a bug with the software intended to prevent players from cheating. To fix this, players will need to enter the Program Files and then the EasyAntiCheat section. Then delete the .sys file inside.

Various Fortnite Error Codes
bad_module_info has stopped working
This error probably means that some software is outdated or damaged. Players can check their game files or change their fullscreen settings to make the game easier to run. However, if this does not fix the problem, gamers may need to update their graphics card or Windows drivers.
CE-34878-0
This error causes the PS4 to crash. Players will either need to update their PS4 or restart it.
CE-40852-9
This error is preventing the PS4 from launching the game. To fix this issue, players need to check their internet connection and verify that their IP address is correct.
DP-6
This error comes from the fact that players cannot download on PC. Players can resolve this issue by running the Epic Games Launcher as administrator.
IS-BV04
This error is caused by a compilation verification failure. To solve this problem, go to the Properties section of the hard disk. Next, make sure the Epic Games files are of the type called NTFS. If they are labeled FAT32, they will need to be converted to NTFS.
SU-PQR1603
This is an auto-update error. Players can fix this issue by going to the Properties section of the Epic Games Launcher and adding "-SkipBuildPatchPrereq" to the end of the Target tab.
