Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 has 20 NPCs and Mullet Marauder is one of the new ones added to the game. He is a variation of Agent Jones, and this NPC will be linked to quests and challenges this season.
The Mullet Marauder is located at The Joneses POI along with the other Agent Jones variants. However, not all NPCs appear at the same time on this POI. Most of the time, you will find Bunker Jonesy and Brainiac in this location.

Mullet Marauder is one of the few NPCs that allows players to tip the battle bus for 500 gold bars. You can also purchase the new Med Mist healing item from Mullet Marauder for 25 gold bars.
Players will receive a free consumable once they interact with the NPC Mullet Marauder. Usually, he sells the Rare Auto Shotgun variant for 50 gold bars, but players can also find the Epic variant on occasion.
The Mullet Marauder doesn't appear every game, so you'll have to keep checking The Joneses POI for him. Try to land in the spot before the others and arm yourself properly as it is a hotspot.
