It's that time again when you're looking at your new Battle Pass all the way to tier one and wanting to max it out to earn all those sweet new cosmetics. Well, if you want to know the fastest ways to level up, we'll run through them all and get you the most XP as quickly as possible in Season 4!
Fastest XP Upgrade Methods
These are two of the best ways to gain experience right now if you're looking to grind it. If you just want general advice, you can find it below.
Play Bot Lobbies
Heading to full bot lobbies is the best way to earn XP right now. If you want to be highly effective at this, you'll want to go through and open as many chests, ammo boxes, supply drops, and whatever else you experience. While you're doing this, you'll also want to complete all of your Quick Challenges. These are challenges that refresh once you complete them and complete a match. So you can continuously complete these challenges again and again! First you get 14k xp the first time you do them that day, then you will get 1,4k xp each time you complete them. You should get a new batch every day which will again give you 14k xp.
The henchmen areas are rich in experience and you'll usually have full access to them if you're just in a game with bots. Shoot down henchmen, shake them off, and use them to unlock doors and chests. It's a little harder now that there are fewer henchmen locations, but you can still head to Stark Quinjets where you can take out Stark Robots.
You can learn how to get lobbies with only bots with our Lobby bot guide! This will be more difficult if your secondary device is Apple, as you can no longer party with it.
This video is from last season but explains the strategy of completing quick challenges and doing it in bot lobbies:
Play Team Rumble
Playing Team Rumble will allow you to collect a bunch of kills and assists which will stack a bunch of XP. However, the big bonus comes from the experience you play to survive. For each game you complete, you gain survival experience based on your life span. You get exactly the same experience rates as in a normal Battle Royale game, but in Team Rumble you are guaranteed to survive until the end. That means you're going to get a lot of them for every round you play, as well as any extra combat experience you'll get.
You can also complete Quick Challenges in Team Rumble, so be sure to focus on that every match.
Gain XP general
Here are some general ways to gain experience while playing the game. These are things you can do more casually and don't require a targeted grind.
Complete Quick Challenges
These are really great, as you get five challenges per day for 14 xp each. Once you complete one of these, it will be replaced with a new challenge that will give you 000k xp. The next day it should refresh and give you a bunch of new xp 1,4k options to complete! So you can only complete the first five which are the bonus xp, or you can just search repeatedly to complete them over and over again.
If you get a quick challenge involving Marauders, it can't be done in a bot lobby or in Team Rumble! You'll either have to ignore it or jump into a real match of the game to complete it.
Minions XP
Taking down Henchmen and shaking them down is a great way to gain experience easily. Taking out the Henchman is easy, you can shake it, then pick it up and use it to scan open doors. This can be done multiple times and you earn 120 XP each time you do it.
Collect XP Coins
XP Coins are here again in Season 4, so be sure to grab them all when they refresh each week! These have been greatly improved over previous versions and give you a bit of experience for each one. Green coins can be collected normally, blue coins must be found in a breakable object, purple coins explode into smaller coins, and gold coins must be traversed with a vehicle. Don't forget to check our XP coins guide to find them easily.
Complete Punch Cards
Punch Cards are back for another season and are still a great way to gain lots of experience. They require you to do a lot of things including eliminating henchmen, catching fish, collecting XP coins, getting kills with different weapons, and much more. You can find everything you can do with our guide here.
Complete Weekly Challenges
Weekly challenges are back, but are slightly worse than last season. Each now only gives you 25000 Season XP instead of the 35000 rewarded in the last Battle Pass. New Group Challenges are back, but have also been scaled down and will give you 50 Season XP. Although they've been lowered, they're still worth it, so be sure to check out our guides which will still be posted for each week here.
What's after level 100 in season 4?
While the previous season had an incentive that improved the appearance of one of your skins, this season has a bunch of different additional styles for all the comic book heroes you can collect. This time, you'll unlock foil styles, and they're available in silver, gold, and holo. The silver and gold are pretty self-explanatory, but the holo is really interesting because it's a mix of rainbow colors. If you want to collect them all, you will need to reach level 220! You can see what they look like in our sheet style guide.
