After the nerve of the Master of Blades / Assassins composition, Azir replaces Nocturne in main carry with Sivir in this slightly similar version. She now dominates Teamfight Tactics on patch 10.1b.

The Blademaster/Mystic/Desert composition
Yasuo |
sivir |
Master Yi |
Azir |
Leona |
Karma |
Janna |
Nami |
Blademaster (4) (With ) |
When a Blademaster attacks, it has a 40% chance of inflicting 2 additional attacks. |
Mystical (4) |
All allies have +120 magic resistance. |
Desert (2) |
Opponents lose 50% of their armor. |
Lunar (2) |
Every 7 seconds, your team gains 15% Critical Hit Chance, 15% Critical Damage, and 10% Magic Damage (this bonus stacks up to 4 times). |
Clouds (2) |
All allies have a 20% chance to dodge auto attacks. |
Similar to the version that uses Assassins et nocturne in carry, this composition uses the synergy between Azir and Master of Blades (with a Deposed king blade) to make him a formidable DPS, in combination with sivir.
Preferred items
Azir |
||||
Deposed king blade |
Precious Gauntlet |
Lance de Shojin |
||
+ | + | + | ||
Azir has excellent DPS when it has attack speed and can generate mana. The Deposed king blade is essential to the functioning of this composition to change it into Master of Blades, while the Lance de Shojin will allow him to regularly summon sand soldiers. the Precious Gauntlet allows his soldiers to inflict critical attacks, particularly effective with the bonus Lunar.
If the first two objects are very important, the third can vary: a Rabadon's Headdress or a hand of justice will simply increase its DPS, while a Infinity blade will increase his critical damage. A defensive object like the dragon claw or Mercury is also possible. |
sivir |
||||
Infinity blade |
Infinity blade |
red buff |
||
+ | + | + | ||
sivir is now mostly played as the primary DPS, whileAzir will usually only have two damage items (counting the Deposed king blade). As a result, it now favors Infinity Blades, especially with Lunar. red buff remains important for anti-healing on the opposing team. However, these choices can be replaced by other options: the Hush remains highly viable, giving it a useful mana boost, while the sword breaker will be more useful against Assassins ou Prowlers. In terms of damage, besides Infinity blade, giant slayer can work against many tanks, while the Doom Blade or hand of justice remain attractive options. |
Master Yi |
||||
Mercury |
Guardian angel |
bramble armor |
||
+ | + | + | ||
Master Yi is not necessarily to be equipped in this composition, but if you have it at level 2 it can become an alternative carry at the end of the game since its 3 traits are used. It mainly benefits from defensive items, such as the Mercury in order to avoid checks, theGuardian angel and bramble armor in order to tank both physical and magic damage by negating crits. Master Yi can work with many other items: hand of justice, Doom Blade, Bloodlust, Warmog, living armor, Ultra-fast cannon... |
Start of the game and progress
The transition is the hardest part with this composition, which only really takes shape around levels 6-7 in general. Your start to the game will generally consist of units to best fit: Druid / Wood, Defender / Lightning or even Predator.
It is however interesting to lose rounds at the start of the game, sometimes voluntarily, which will often allowbe the first to choose on the second and third carousels, in order to get the Spatula necessary for the Deposed king blade. If you don't have a Spatula after the third Carousel (the one before the Wolves), it'll usually be a good idea to pivot to another composition.
Your mid-game objective will be to use the base you had, and gradually add your units to it as you level them up to level 2: Yasuo + sivir with your champions Lunar (Karma et Leona) for example. At level 6, you will try if possible to have your 3 Master of Blades (With Aatrox instead of Master Yi) + Azir with Deposed king blade and with the duo.
Your goal towards the end of the game is not only to upgrade all your units to level 2, but above all to try to unlock sivir et Azir au 3 level. Since level 8 isn't the most important in this build (unless you really need to 4 Mystique with Nami), it may be interesting to "slow roll" at level 7: roll each round while always staying above 50 gold to find your Azir and Sivir.
When you are only missing a few, you can go lower in gold to find the missing ones, then go to level 8 and go find Master Yi (which then replaces Aatrox) and Nami.
Endgame and transitions
At the end of the game, the main objective will once again be to upgrade your sivir and your Azir au 3 level, and find everything else at level 2. At level 8, the unit of choice to add will be Nami who offers 4 Mystique, but it can be replaced by Soraka if you can't find it.
Aatrox |
sivir |
Master Yi |
Azir |
Sion |
Soraka |
Malzahar |
Yorick |
Another option that can be interesting is the one that uses three Summoners, allowing soldiers toAzir to survive longer. This version also brings the bonuses Light for the summons of Yorick, which will serve as an additional frontline, and Shadows for your Master Yi. If he is level 2 with items, then he will be very powerful. |
Yasuo |
Aatrox |
sivir |
Master Yi |
Azir |
Leona |
Karma |
|
If you ever can't find Spatula for Deposed king blade on the fact Azir, this composition is however possible to play. You will then sacrifice two Mystics for Aatrox (in order to stay 4 Blade Masters) And a Défenseur additional in frontline, ideally amumu ou taricOr malphite. |
If you 9 level is not especially important in this composition, it will sometimes add interesting units: Lux Clouds gives a lot of extra dodge, but it will also be possible to add a Défenseur extra, like amumu ou taric.
Sometimes you won't find a lot ofAzir but you will be offered a lot of nocturne in place. In this situation, it is very easy to pivot to the Blademaster/Assassin lineup, which retains the majority of units from this release.
Positioning Tips
The first objective of your positioning will be to best protect Azir et sivir, which remain rather vulnerable and want to hit as many targets as possible at the same time. Karma will go next to whoever has the most items or is level 2 first to boost their attack speed. The choice will almost always fall on sivir at the end of the game.
Janna will generally need to be at the center of the composition, so that her ultimate can drive away opponents who are too close, and also heal as many allies as possible. Sometimes you have to be careful not to put Yasuo et Master Yi directly in the front line because they remain rather fragile, especially the latter if it is only level 1.
This positioning can be modified according to the Elementary boxes. This composition works best on Cloud cards, which allows to have Qiyana Clouds optional for easy dodging, but also on maps Ocean which will allow Azir to summon a soldier instantly if he is placed on one of these spaces.
