Compo 6 Beings of Dusk (Dusk) / Fanatic (Cultist)

If it is rather dependent on your part, the composition 6 Twilight Beings is excellent if you are doing a winning streak and that you can make your transition easily. Indeed, the main problem when you win in the early game is that you will not have access to the most contested components (notably the BF Sword for example), but you prefer to focus on defensive objects on the fact Riven with this composition, giving you more flexibility. At the end of the game, you can also switch to 4 Twilight Beings to play additional legendary units (Azir, Kayn...) or try to have Riven 3 stars.

An important point of your positioning is that you should get Vayne to die quickly so that she doesn't receive Zilean's spell, which would be a waste.

Compo Sage (Enlightened) / Assassin

Despite some nerves, the composition Enlightened Talon remains one of the most dominant in the patch. The combination of the massive area damage of Morgana, controls of Luxury, I ne, Shen et irelia, as well as monstrous damage and resets of Heel is still just as difficult to counter, especially when this composition can be forced with different chosen ones. At present, this composition seems to be based on the morellonomicon, L 'Guardian angel and Infinity blade to guarantee a top 4, therefore it may be recommended to start with a losing streak to get carousel priority.

It might be a good idea to have one of your frontline champions on the second row so they can take aggro from opposing Assassins, especially if they have a Portal of Zz'Rot.

Compo Hunter (Hunter) / Adept

Ashe also remains very powerful despite some nerfs. As in previous patches, the most popular version is the one that plays multiple hunters as well as Followers in the frontline to slow down the progress of the opposing team at the start of the fight, although the versions 6 Sylvestres (Elderwood) or brawler (Brawler) also remain viable. With the rework ofAphelios in 10.23, it is now possible to use it as a transition unit until you find Ashe, being able to carry its various offensive objects which remain quite free (Infinity blade, Last breath, Doomblade, Hand of Justice, Giantslayer, Guinsoo's Raging Blade...).

This positioning has the benefit of locking Ashe in a corner so Talon can't target her due to Azir's soldiers blocking the way.

Selenite Slow roll Compo (Moonlight) / Assassin

This last composition is the most situational (since it can only be played exclusively with Lisandra ou Diana Chosen Selenite) but perhaps the most powerful in the patch. You should lose most of your early game rounds during stages 2 and 3 to prioritize great economy and carousel priority, but once you get Diana 4 stars, you might not lose a round until the end of the game. Thanks to the slow roll (rolling your gold above 50 gold every round), you shouldn't have too much trouble getting Lisandra et Diana 3 at the start of stage 4, which will allow her to completely destroy her opponents with the right items.

By positioning Lissandra in the second line, she should aggro Assassins that jump onto your backline through her Zz'Rot Portals.

TFT patch 10.23 trends

Patch 10.23 does not seem to differ greatly from previous ones: most high ELO players continue to play their best possible board (the strongest units at their disposal) during stages 2 and 3 and "Slam" items (combining them early in the game rather than keeping early game components) such as the Zeke's Crest, L 'Guardian angel, L 'bramble armor, Portail de Zz'Rot or the Chalice of Power for example.

They usually buy the first elected proposed to them in the game, then sell it to the round 4-1 before pass level 7 and roll for elected at 4 PO (Ashe, Heel, Morgana, Riven...) even if it means delaying their level 8 to round 5-1 or even later. It is risky to continue saving without rolling at level 7, because if everyone else in the lobby does it it is possible to lose 60 PV during stage 4.
