New composition of TFT in 9.22, the combination of Berzerker, Glacial and Poison. Now very strong, this composition is easily capable of top 1 if you find all the units.

This composition is based on the duet of Twitch et Olaf for carry. Although it may seem very expensive, with 1 unit at 7 gold, 1 unit at 5 gold and 2 at 4 gold, many of the champions in the list can be replaced by cheaper versions which we will detail later. However, with the increased chance of obtaining tier 5 champions at levels 8 and 9, this final composition is possible to obtain.

This composition relies heavily on Olaf and its objects. the Gantelet Givrant makes him very tanky against physical damage, while the sword breaker stacks effectively with bonuses Berserker and allows him to disarm multiple targets at once, when he's not already stunning them. Finally, since Olaf attacks very quickly under ultimate, he can very quickly charge his Guinsoo's Raging Blade.
As for Twitch, the latter can apply its Poison origin to many enemies by giving it as its main object theOuragan de Runaan. You can add a 
red buff to reduce enemy healing and at the same time deal additional burning damage.
Finally, a 
Doom Blade on Twitch will give him a damage boost thanks to the item's effect which allows each time he participates in an elimination to gain +15 damage until the end of the round. As a reminder, the effect stacks indefinitely and works on summons.
If you get singed level 2, objects like the 
morellonomicon and 
frozen heart will go great on him, the former allowing him to apply burn and anti-heal to everyone, the latter slowing the attack speed of many enemies.
Start of the game and progress
At the start of the game, you can quickly opt for 3 Berzeerkers, with renekton, Jax et volibear.Jax can serve as a temporary carry, equipping items that will go to Olaf Thereafter.
It can also be interesting to start with Predators (Kog'Maw, Skarner, Rek'Sai et Warwick). While they work well in the early game, they have some synergies with the Berzerkers that will make for an interesting mid-game transition: Warwick is Glacial like Volibear, and Kog'Maw will serve later.
In fact, you can go to Kog'Maw to replace singed time to find it. You can then add Twitch et Dr. World for the Poison bonus, before saving to pass level 8 and find theAlchemist.
Positioning and options at the end of the game
The Berzerkers instantly jump into melee to the nearest target, which is why they can be positioned anywhere. However, since they serve as carry (in particular Olaf), it is interesting not to put them in the front line, which will allow them not to be instantly targeted by opponents. This positioning can be modified according to the Elementary boxes.
Of course it is not easy to get Lux Glacial to have the 6 Glaciers, although it makes this composition much stronger and able to top 1 more easily. If you can't get it, other replacement units may work, like malphite ou Nami which offer good zone controls.
It is also possible to use a variant that plays 6 Berzerkers, then giving up Luxury, Ezreal et Brew, but it is generally weaker than this version of the composition.
What about Luxury, another interesting origin is Electric : if you get it, and you have for example volibear level 3, add Ornn ou Zed instead ofEzreal or Brew for the bonus 4 Electric, which is extremely powerful if you equip your Volibear.
Finally, if you are unable to find your BerzerkersIncluding Olaf, it may be interesting to rotate this composition towards a Ranger / Poison / Defender, even if it means having less optimal objects. You risk not top 1 by forking like this, but you can at least top 4 if you do it correctly.
