The composition Jayce and Seraphine with Innovateur
When you have a great early/mid game with Innovators, you can usually go for the 8 level to play Jayce in main carry. It can be played in melee form with defensive items, but is usually most powerful when played in ranged form with physical damage items. It can be accompanied by seraphine in secondary carry, although Orianna et Jhin are also viable options.
This composition is especially to play if you have an Emblem or an Innovator's Heart to allow you to play 7 of them, otherwise it becomes too weak at the end of the game. For the rest, it is generally made up of support units such as scholars and Enchanters.
Unfolding and passage of levels
These are usually the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are to be preferred if you are in a winning streak so you can play more aggressively.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 2-7 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
8 level : Round 5-1 (or 4-5*)
9 level : End of round 5 or start of round 6
Le 9 level is your victory condition in this kind of composition. It allows you to increase your chances of having Jayce 2 stars, and to add an additional frontline champion (Soot Kench, Brew, taric...).

Jayce (carry / tank principal)
Jayce is a very versatile champion, since he can be put in last line to be a classic physical DPS, or frontline to be a mix between tank and carry.

Other Interesting Items
Chalice of Power : This item is excellent for champions like seraphine et Orianna who benefit greatly from magical power.
defensive objects : If you play Jayce in DPS, you will need to improve your frontline by putting defensive objects, even if it means having them on a champion like singed.
Utility objects : You can make utility items like a Zephyr, for an Shroud of Calming, the Redemption...
Other Secondary Carry Items : If you have a lot of physical damage items, it's easy to fit other secondary carries into this composition like Jinx, Fiora, I ne, Jhin. You can also play Jayce in main DPS, and put other champions in frontline (Brew, Gallium...).
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.
To play a "Peeba" composition, you generally want Augments that allow you to be in early/midgame winning streak, or to have a lot of gold very quickly.

Heart / Innovator Emblems : This is obviously the most important increase, because it allows you to play 7 Innovators at the end of the game.
Self-Repair : Innovation's repair is very powerful, allowing him to cast his spell several times per fight.
Level Up! : Earning more XP when you buy it allows you to level up faster than anyone else, and potentially go all the way to level 10 at the very end of the game.
Band of Thieves : Both Thief's Gloves help you get on a winning streak.
Portable Forge / Item Grab Bag : Anything that gives you extra items helps you be strong in the early/mid game.
Rich Get Richer : If you can get a lot of gold early in the game, you can get to level 9 much faster.
Dominance : If you can make a winning streak with this Boost, you will be very rich.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Innovator : You can play 5 Innovators more easily, or even play 7 to get the Dragon.
Enforcer : Playing 2 or 4 Vigilantes is very powerful at the start of the game to paralyze the main tank and the opposing carry at the start of the fight.
Mechanical (Clockwork) : With this emblem you can switch to 4 Mechanics to considerably boost your composition at the end of the game.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like Celebrities (Socialite), Student (Academy), Techno-chemist (Chemtech) ou Scholar (Scholat).
As usual, the Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips

Innovation : Your Innovation should also be frontlined so that it can cast its spell quickly.
Different backline champions : It can be interesting to put the majority of your champions on the same line so that they benefit from Jayce's attack speed bonus. Seraphine is especially interesting in the area so that her spell affects as many champions as possible.
