The Reroll Comp Kog'Maw, Kassadin and Garen with Protector and Mutant
If you have a lot of Protectors at the start of the game, the composition Kog'Maw can be very powerful. It offers excellent constant DPS, especially against enemy tanks, and therefore benefits particularly well from the very tanky frontline of Kassadin, Garen, Blitzcrank et Graves 3 stars.
This composition is not very flexible on its choice of champions, but has the advantage of not being specific to certain versions of the trait Mutant, unlike the composition Kai'Sa for example. The best options are Voidborn for the execution or Hyper-Adrenal Glands for bonus attacks, but all others are also viable since Mutation isn't the main draw of this build.
Unfolding and passages of levels
Since this is a comp where you want 3-star champions, the important thing is to prioritize your economy in the early game, get to a certain level, and “ slow roll , i.e. roll your excess gold above 50 gold every round.
Here are the rounds in which you want to level up. The idea is to not spend gold on XP at first to maximize your economy.
4 level : Round 2-3
5 level : Round 3-2
Generally you want to slow roll to level 5 for (in order of priority) Kassadin, Thread, Caitlyn et Graves. Also buy the Kog'Maw. Once you have your champions at 1 range in 3 stars, You can pass 6 level and continue to slow roll a bit for Kog'Maw 3 stars, and possibly Blitzcrank also.
Once you have your 3-star champions, you should try to level up to get powerful late-game champions and complete your comp.

Kog'Maw (carry principal)
Kog'Maw mostly deals magic damage based on his attack speed. You can play it either with three offensive objects, either with a defensive object if he is endangered.

Cashier / Yarn (tank principal)
It is always interesting to defensively equip one of your tanks. Usually you prefer Kassadine because he benefits from the Mutant trait, but if you find 3 stars faster it can hold objects.

* The Portail de Zz'Rot is especially relevant with the Ravenous Appetite mutation, which grants power and damage to your mutants whenever an ally dies, since the summoned creature counts as an additional ally.
Other Interesting Items
Thief's Gloves : Put Thieving Gloves on 3 stars is interesting, since it benefits both defensive items and physical damage items.
Solar Cape : Since you have a very strong frontline, having a Sun Cloak can help you win long fights. She can go on an off tank like Thread, Blitzcrank ou Graves.
Items for Caitlyn : Caitlyn can be a secondary carry with attack speed/mana generation items, or alternatively with aura items like Zeke's Crest, Chalice of Power ou Griffe de Banshee to assist Kog'Maw.
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

- Hextech Augment TFT, what is the list of Set 6 Augments?
Featherweights : Increasing the attack speed of your champions at 1 and 2 range is very powerful in this composition.
Unstable Evolution : This increase gives additional stats to your Mutants.
Sharpshooter : This increase significantly increases the DPS of your Kog'Maw.
Sniper's Nest : Same as Sharpshooter, this increases the damage of Kog'Maw and Caitlyn but makes your positioning less flexible.
Golden ticket / Trade Sector / High roller : Raises that help you roll are always welcome.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Protective : Going to 4 Protectors makes your frontline even more tanky. This Emblem can go on Graves.
Mutant ( + ) : You can play 5 Mutants with this Emblem which can go on Graves ou Kassadine.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like
Bodyguard (Bodyguard), Sniper ou Fighter (Bruiser) .
As usual, the Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips
(Link LoLchess)
Kog'Maw et Caitlyn : You can put Kog'Maw in the corner opposite the opponents, but you have to watch out for Blitzcrank players. If there is, put Caitlyn in the corner instead.
Blitzcrank : Try to have your Blitzcrank opposite the opposing carries so that it catches them. Don't put it too close to your Kog'Maw, so that it still benefits from the Sniper damage bonus when it hits the target that got caught.
Tanks : It can be interesting to have champions further back in this composition, since Garen and Kassadin already give you a very solid frontline. This allows them to bait other opposing champions or shield your Kog'Maw.
