This composition of Teamfight Tactics is very particular because it is flexible between Kai'Sa, Viktor et Akali whichever you find first.

The Kai'Sa, Viktor or Akali composition with Galio and Vedette (Socialite)
This composition is rather unique: rather than playing an already established carry, you simply want to play your best board to go for the 8 level and play 3 Stars (Socialite). Then you can use Kai'Sa, Viktor ou Akali in main carry, whichever you find first. They have the advantage of all three very well use the combination of theGuardian angel and Archangel Staff.
Ideally you don't want to play this composition if the Star box is in the front row because Kai'Sa or Viktor will be too vulnerable then. In this case, you can instead play Gallium critical (or Clapping) in main carry by putting it in the box. Otherwise, you can just play him as a late game tank.
Unfolding and passage of levels
These are usually the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are to be preferred if you are in a winning streak so you can play more aggressively.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 2-7 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
8 level : Round 5-1 (or 4-5*)
Le 9 level is the main victory condition of this composition, since it allows you to more easily upgrade your legendary champions to 2 stars.

Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

Armor Plating : This Augment makes your Colossi much more tanky.
Underdogs : Since you are playing Colossi you will often have fewer champions than the opponent, so regeneration is very relevant.
Ascension : Your fights will last a long time with this composition, so Ascension is very powerful.
Duet / Share the Spotlight : Since you are playing 3 Stars, increasing the efficiency of the square(s) is relevant. You can usually play Clapio if you have that kind of a raise for him to also benefit from the box.
High End Shopping : Having rolls of a higher level significantly increases your chances of finding your 2-star legendaries at level 8.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?

Positioning Tips

Kai'Sa, Viktor ou Akali : You want your main carry on the Featured space, and if possible not too exposed. Viktor is the most at risk, and is best on a square in the third or fourth line, while Kai'Sa can also go in the second line. If the box is in the front line (frontline), favor Akali or Clapio.
Sion : Try to put him in front of the bulk of the opposing composition, he is able to hit the units in the corners if he is on the right side.
Gallium : Try to put Galio in a place where he will be targeted first, so that he casts his spell as quickly as possible. If you play it in critical Clapio version, put it on the box.
Blitzcrank : If your opponents are not careful you can surprise them with your Blitzcrank by catching their unit in the opposite corner.
seraphine : You often want to put Seraphine opposite your main tank or the opposing composition so that she hits as many targets as possible with her spell.
