The composition Reroll Oublié with Vayne
If you find many copies of Vayne at the start of the game and the beginnings of attack speed items, it can be a very relevant carry. She particularly excels at destroying the opposing frontline with her raw damage. Your objective is to pass it 3 stars through a strategy of slow roll at level 5. If you find a lot of copies of other champions like hecarim, Thresh et / ou Varus, you can also continue to slow roll a bit at level 6 to have them also in 3 stars.
Later in the game you mostly want to play 4 or 6 forgotten (especially if you have an Emblem) and add utility champions that improve your frontline, like Knights (Knight) to Battleships (Ironclad) for example.

Vayne (carry principal)
Vayne needs very specific objects to function. Ideally she always wants two attack speed items et a third more free, damage or defensive object.

hecarim is usually your main tank if you have it in 3 stars. He can use a little all the defensive objects you have left.

Other Interesting Items
Banshee Griffe et Zeke's Crest : Support items are very important to help Vayne, whether it's the Banshee's Claw to protect her (you can put more than one because they stack) or Zeke's Blazon to boost her DPS. These items usually go on Varus.
Thief's Gloves : If you have 3-star Thresh, this item may be relevant to give him more utility.
The best radiant items
Always try to choose radiant items according to what you need : if you don't have all the items in your main carry yet, take a light item from it. Conversely, if he already has three items, favor utility or items for a secondary carry.

What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Forget it : This emblem is the best you can have because it allows you to get 6 Forgotten more easily. He can go on a secondary carry like Varus, Aphelios ou Akshan for example.
Prowler : With this emblem you can do without Varus. He can go on Thresh, Miss Fortune or Draven.
Otherwise, you can use other more versatile emblems like Chevalier (Knight), Rider, Mystique ou Battleship (Ironclad) for example.

As usual, the Force of nature is always a great option.
Positioning Tips
In most cases, put your Vayne in the corner, especially if it is protected by a Banshee Griffe. Try to put it unlike the Assassins et on the same side as Vel'Koz players.
Your Thresh should ideally be as opposed to opposing lanes, especially if they're in the corners, so his spell can go grab them and bring them into the fray.
If you are against comps that heal a lot, try putting Miss Fortune in front of problem champions (Aatrox, gragas, hecarim, Thread...) so that she puts the anti-heal on them.
