Solar Cape ou 
Morellonomicon: Anti-care is always interesting regardless of the composition. The Solar Cape can go on rell, while a Morellonomicon is more to be preferred for fiddlesticks ou volibear.
Defensive items for Rell: Having a long surviving frontline is very important in this composition. Feel free to make defensive items with your leftover components.

What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Repentant (Redeemed) (

Positioning Tips
It is interesting in this composition to have the frontline opposite to Vel'Koz for two reasons. First, the opposing champions will surround Leona et rell, lining up perfectly diagonally for Vel'Koz's spell. Bonus, rell will cast its spell in the direction of Vel'Koz, giving him a shield and also hitting all the champions on the diagonal. Finally, Luxury will throw his shield at them.
You also want to observe your opponents regularly to try to always position Vel'Koz opposite of the opposing carries, so that his spell hits them.
An interesting tip for Knowing who you are going to play against is as follows: with 8 players, you cannot play against one of the last 5 opponents you have faced.
