Le patch 10.1 from TFT brought certain compositions back to the fore, notably the Lumières with Lucian carry and the Master of Blades using Sivir. As a result, Riot Games has planned to release a hotfix via the patch 10.1b this Wednesday January 15 around 21 p.m., which will nerf some of the strongest champions in the meta.

Nerves
Tier 3
sivir L'Ouragan de Runaan and Hey you Berzerker no longer allow Sivir to send additional ricochets. |
Sivir had become very popular in combination with the Hurricane of Runaan, which allowed him to send 2 Ricochets per auto attack when his ultimate was active, thus decimating the opposing team. This nerf should make her less effective at this level.
Tier 4
Lucian Ultimate damage reduced: 10 + 8 times attack speed → 10 + 4 times attack speed |
|
Yorick Summon HP reduced: 600/1000/2000 → 500/800/2000 |
Lucian has quickly become one of the top carries, benefiting immensely from Light buffs that allow his ultimate to deal massive damage with the attack speed gained. It should now be much less efficient.
With the rise of Light comps, Yorick had also become rather problematic, with his summons being particularly powerful with the huge origin attack speed bonuses they were receiving.
As a reminder, this patch is scheduled around 21 p.m. on Wednesday January 15, 2020.
