A good idea beforehand to familiarize yourself with set 2 is to experiment yourself on so-called "team builder" sites, which offer you to create your fictitious team using the 51 new champions and the 25 new features.
LoLchess.gg, a very complete team builder
The most complete site for this kind of practice is undoubtedly LoLchess.gg. In addition to the databases it offers, and the ability to view game history and stats on any TFT player using the Leaderboard tool, the site also offers a builder that lets you do: choose your champions, display their synergies, position them on the board, equip them with items... With this site, you can really simulate everything and share with your player friends in order to try to find the ideal compositions, as well as how to position them, which champion to equip with which object... There is however a more refined alternative.
Mobalytics, builder with suggestions
In the same category as lolchess, Mobalytics also recently released its own builder. In addition to all the options offered by the previous site, the latter also allows you to double-click on a champion so that it is displayed as a carry, but above all to display the level of your champions (level 1, 2 or 3). In addition, this site has the particularity of offering item suggestions on the various characters added to the composition, although these should be taken with a grain of salt.

TFTactics, team builder but also addon
Finally, TFTactics has the cleanest builder of all, with no ability to position your units or equip them with items. If it lacks features compared to its two competitors, it should be remembered that TFTactics is also an overlay that is displayed in-game, and in particular offers reminders for item combinations and the different champions in traits. What becomes very interesting is that it is possible to create compositions via the application and to pin them, in order to have them displayed directly in game.
By clicking on the little pin, you can save your composition so that you can find it directly in the overlay.
