Champions and Synergies with Sparring Gloves
The effect of Training Gloves is quite unique for a component since they offer different bonuses depending on the other items it fuses with. As a result, the offensive options that offer +20% crit chance will be very interesting on champions with high physical DPS, in particular the Assassins or some Master of Blades (Draven being the first concerned).
Conversely, the defensive options will allow for good defense against compositions that rely on their auto attacks, although dodging is not as effective a stat as one might think. Indeed, when a champion dodges an attack, they don't generate mana since he takes no damage, but whoever attacked will generate although the latter did not hit.
With many very interesting effects among the items completed from Training Gloves, no doubt these will be very popular in the meta, perhaps as much as the Spatula for example.
