Following the implementation of update 10.2 in January 2021, PUBG players were able to discover a new feature: the reputation system. Each player is, by default, at level 2 and his actions during the games, in duos or squads, will change his reputation positively or negatively. If the player behaves normally, showing team spirit, his rating will naturally increase over the games. On the contrary, if he proves to be a plague for the squad, by being insulting via voice chat, by killing team members or doing everything so that his team loses, his grade will be downgraded.

Le reputation system is visible right next to the player's nickname, by everyone. As a result, when searching for teammates via the Squad Finder, your rank will appear and could be detrimental to you if you don't have a recommendable one, as this may mean that you are not a serious player.
